I am an experienced and versatile musician who is keen to pass on my love and passion for music. I graduated from Leeds College of Music in 2017 with a 2:1 degree in Popular Music, focusing on electric guitar and songwriting, and am currently a very active gigging musician around Leeds and further afield. I play in several diverse groups (ranging from heavy rock to acoustic duet) and feel that as a working musician I can bring valued practical tips to my teaching, showing pupils how to apply technique to real music making.
I have experience teaching private pupils over the last 4 years of all ages and different abilities having had time to be able to fine-tune my teaching skills.
I've been getting experience working at Daventry Music Centre Saturday School shadowing experienced teachers and helping out with a number of different classes including school of rock, beginner classical guitar and composition.
Tutor of Rock School UK(Leeds) Tutoring for summer and October half-term courses working with a class of children rehearsing for a complete performance of original and cover songs at the end of the week as well as having to record songs for a CD.
Future Learn ABRSM- (5-week course) I took a five-week course online on becoming a better teacher looking at core ideologies of teaching methods and approaches to get the best possible outcome for students.
Teaching Style
I like to keep teaching balanced between technique and applying this to music. By tailoring to the student's needs I always make sure to help inspire and make the student feel comfortable and by having clear set goals to work towards achieving the best possible experience of learning music. Whether you are starting out for the first time or feel you can't seem to progress any further I am here to help tailor the lessons for your needs.

I specialize in rock and metal and composition. I believe writing your own music to be a great way to improve your playing and general musicianship. I can help arrange songs and help with band arrangements and tips on getting into the scene for gigs.
