About the MJP Music Tuition Agency

 

Hello and welcome to the MJP Music Tuition website.

 

We are a Leeds based instrumental tuition agency who provide expert high quality tutors to students wishing to learn all aspects of playing their chosen instrument. Each tutor has their own specialties and can also offer knowledge and experience in many other areas of the music business.

 

It is common practice among the tutors at MJP Music Tuition to use positive encouragement to support your progress as a student. Lessons are focused on your musical interests and desires, while incorporating relevant and invaluable knowledge of instrumental playing. Each tutor teaches in a clear and inspiring way and will encourage you to push the limits of your boundaries. Once you can see measurable results, your confidence and self belief will increase dramatically.

 

How to Use this Site
 
1.   Go to the GUITAR, BASS or DRUM tutors page and browse the online profiles.

 
2.   Contact your tutor of choice directly by sending a message using the contact box at the bottom of their profile. (You can also leave a contact number if you wish to speak with them.)

 

3.   Your tutor will contact you shortly to arrange your first guitar lesson!

 

You have the opportunity to take one-off lessons with other tutors on the agency's roster, subject to availability. This enables you to experience different teaching styles and be more selective with what you wish to learn. You can benefit greatly from having a network of tutors with a combined pool of knowledge to draw from.

I give guitar lessons privately as well as peripatetically at Fulneck School in Pudsey, Leeds. Due to the increasing number of students that I have recently taken on, I now have very limited availability.
 
 
 
 
 
My aim with the MJP Music Tuition Agency is to create a network of Leeds based instrumental tutors with a wide ranging pool of musical knowledge and skills that can help you, as a student, to find the best professional instrumental tutor who meets all of your preferences and requirements.
 
You are also able to use the network to learn from different tutors should you wish, as this will give you a much broader understanding of playing your chosen instrument that no one tutor can.
