Experience:
I have been playing guitar for 10 years. I play many styles including Blues, Jazz, Rock and Pop. I am currently studying at Leeds College of Music, concentrating on performance, theory, composistion and the Music Industry generally.
Teaching Style:
No one student is the same. I believe that lessons should be structured to enable the student to acheive their goals and learn styles and techniques to allow them to find their own sound and style when playing. I teach in a relaxed but productive manner. Resources personalised to each student are provided to ensure a tailor-made experience! I am a travelling teacher so why not learn guitar from the comfort of your own home?
Syllabi:
Lessons are specific to the needs of each student. Students can choose styles or genres to study and focus on. This ensures students fufill their musical goals after each lesson. Students can expect to concentrate on improvisation, stylistic approach, melody, harmony and playing live. Theory is always integrated to ensure a high level of understanding of any topics covered. All ages can be catered for and personallised resources are always provided whether it be traditional notation, tablature or even audio material.
